Meal plans grounded in real data
The AI builds every plan from a base of verified, fact-checked nutrition data and food databases — so the macros, recipes, and grocery lists are real, not guessed.
AI Product · LiveAI meal planning built on real, fact-checked nutrition data — not what the model thinks it knows.
The problem
Generic meal planners fail the same way: they hand you a plan that ignores your body, your allergies, and what you actually ate yesterday. And when an AI writes the plan, it invents foods and macros that don't exist.
Nourvi needed a planner that produces a full week of meals tailored to real inputs — age, weight, activity, health conditions, dietary preferences — and never makes up a number. Accuracy and privacy were non-negotiable.
What we built
The AI builds every plan from a base of verified, fact-checked nutrition data and food databases — so the macros, recipes, and grocery lists are real, not guessed.
Answers are checked against the real food data before they reach you. If the model can't ground a recommendation in a real source, it doesn't ship it.
Personal inputs — health conditions, allergies, weight — stay private. The planner personalizes without turning your body into someone else's training data.
The interface, the data pipeline, and the recommendation engine were built so the Nourvi team can run and extend it without us.
